Your Responsibilities – The Craft of Your Role
- You develop and design innovative pieces of furniture, while considering their functionality, aesthetics and sustainability
- You create concepts, sketches and technical drawings for new products
- Select and integrate suitable materials and surfaces into the design
- You work closely with the design and product management team.
- Create prototypes and tests to ensure the quality and feasibility of our products
- You observe and analyse current market trends and incorporate these findings into your designs
- Create will create presentations and design documents for internal and external communication
Your Profile – Made of the Right Stuff
- You have completed studies or training in the field of industrial design, product design, interior design or a comparable specialisation
- You are familiar in the use of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino) and design programmes (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- You do have a creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics, proportions and materiality
- You have a good knowledge of materials and manufacturing technologies, especially in furniture construction
- You can work in a team and have good communication skills
- You work independent and structured with a high level of attention to detail
- You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
