Your Responsibilities – The Craft of Your Role
- You create and edit 2D and 3D CAD drawings for furniture designs
- Develop and visualise innovative product ideas in close cooperation with the design and product management team
- You prepare technical designs for production, including material and component definitions
- Create renderings and product visualisations to support marketing and sales
- You will research trends, materials and technologies for an integration into new designs
- You create technical documentation
Your Profile – Made of the Right Stuff
- You have completed studies or training in the field of industrial design, product design, interior design or a comparable specialisation
- You are familiar in the use of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino) and design programmes (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- You are experienced with rendering and visualisation programs (e.g. KeyShot, V-Ray, Blender) an advantage
- You have a strong sense of aesthetics, functionality and technical feasibility
- You have a good knowledge of materials and manufacturing technologies, especially in furniture construction
- You have a creative mindset paired with a structured way of working
- You can work in a team and have good communication skills
- You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
